Group classes are small, usually two or three mothers (maximum five), so we can address your issues.
We can work with you to find a time that fits your schedule.
You may also request a private class.
Spouses and grandparents are welcome to attend at no charge.
All classes, whether private or group, are usually covered by your health insurance, thanks to the Affordable Care Act.
